I know I got perfect timing when it comes to update a journal[don't wanna to update my main journal, need to keep the art trade ting for a while] >,<
Anyway, this is the deal. Was lurking around deviantart looking for good artists to inspire me *shakes fist at artblock* when I stumbled upon a good artist, well at least it seemed so. But when I took a closer look at gallery, I noticed it was direct traced. imho, direct tracing and then uploading on art sites is kinda pathetic[almost as when you actually just take from photobucket and upload it as your own... almost]. Actually there are several things that piss me off in this case:
-spamming with traced stuff, and then calling it her work [no matter how much you try, that work isn't yours, its from original artist, you merely copied the lines without changing a thing]
-doing that with excuse that it was for expressing fandom[and internet fame*rolls eyes*]. Nothing against fandoms as long as you try to give in some personal style.
Tracing in general is ok, but only in educational purposes. I used that while I was still a beginner in adobe photoshop, but haven't uploaded those >,<
I think I am done ranting for now.
